Job summary

Hampton Hall Club INC in Bluffton, SC is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. This on-site role requires hands-on skills and a collaborative approach to keep facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have High School diploma and trade training, SC driver’s license, and 3+ years in maintenance or related fields. EPA/HVAC certification is desirable; after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and trade school, or equivalent required.
• A valid SC driver’s license.
• Three years maintenance technician experience or related field preferred.
• Certificate in HVAC and EPA Certification, building maintenance technology, plumbing or relevant field desirable.
• Ability to safely follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Ability to contribute to a total team effort.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity and respect.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend-on-call duties as requested.
