Job summary

Dva Consulting seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician 3 for a full-time, 1st shift role in Arizona. You will perform regular checks, service and repair facility items, and assist senior techs as needed. Operate forklifts and other equipment while following safety protocols and using PPE.

The candidate should have mechanical, plumbing, electrical experience, basic HVAC, and strong computer and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach and proven initiative.

• Must have basic HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal checks of maintenance items.

DVA has an immediate opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician 3. This is a fulltime 1st shift position. $28-35 hr plus benefits DOE.

Perform daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal checks of maintenance items;

Perform service and repair of facility items as directed by Facility Maintenance Tech II;

Assist Facility Maintenance Tech II with systems repairs;

Operate forklifts, pickup trucks, manlifts, and other facility equipment as required;

Perform maintenance and repairs on shop tools as required;

Work with minimal supervision to perform all jobs;

Perform work utilizing safe practices and wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
