Job Description

Title: Facility Support Specialist

Location: Anaheim, CA

Duration: 6-month contract

Note: Background check and drug test are required.

Working Hours

5:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

1. Provide preventative and reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
2. Perform limited preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
3. Conduct routine inspections of fire safety systems, facility, and grounds.
4. Perform basic carpentry and maintenance of the physical structure of the facility.
5. Coordinate with vendors on contracted work.
6. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, plumbing, walls, and floors.
7. Utilize ladders and lifts safely.
8. Understand applicable health and safety regulations and industrial standards such as NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA.
9. Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year post-secondary degree with 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to develop job knowledge and skills.

Additional Skills and Certifications

• Experience with facility and equipment CMMS (e.g., Faciliworks).
• OSHA, NFPA, EPA, or related credentials are a plus.
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certifications are a plus.
