Walmart in Salt Lake City is seeking a General Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure safe, functional, and clean stores. • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or Technical certification and 1 year experience, or 2 years total work experience, in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment) and hand/power tools.
• Use work order system to receive and document repair work orders and assist Stores and store associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls and diagnose issues during inspections.
