Aramark in New York is seeking a Facilities Operator I to operate, monitor, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment. The role involves reading logs, maintaining temperature and pressure records, and ensuring safe operation across assigned locations.

Formación

• Knowledge of heating, electrical, plumbing and carpentry maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret logs and meters.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsabilidades

• Repairs heating facility equipment such as pumps, compressors, reducing stations, and heat exchangers.
• Performs annual maintenance overhauls on all applicable equipment.
• Repairs air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical systems as required.
• Monitors running equipment, records log entries (temperatures, pressures, etc.).
• Labels mechanical equipment by name, function, and flow.
• Performs facility operations and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Monitors meters and controls, and energy management systems as required.
• Performs chemical tests of water sources and documents results.
