Responsibilities

• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound.
• Perform minor repairs or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors, install door locks, and replace broken windowpanes.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Touch up painting and patch walls.
• Work with team to maintain facility grounds and upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
