Job summary

Reveam, Inc. is seeking a part-time Facility Maintenance Tech in McAllen, TX, to perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems and facilities.

The role involves carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical tasks to keep a safe, functional workplace for staff and operations. The technician will work under the Maintenance Manager, handle preventive maintenance, assist with equipment service and wear limited overtime, and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP programs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or technical/military training in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or facility work in instrumentation and calibrations.
• Construction skills in carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing, and welding.
• Strong problem solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Must speak English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a functional building and equipment through routine maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related issues.
• Inspect and repair boilers, chillers, and refrigeration units to keep systems running.
• Ensure safety and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and related food safety standards.
• Maintain and update CMMS work orders and inventory as needed.
