Qualifications

• Minimum: maintenance technician experience in real estate or property management.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Experience with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and tests.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or managers and diagnose repairs.
• Maintain records of work orders, parts, and compliance.
