Job summary

Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa currently seeks a Facilities Maintenance Worker for Black Bear Casino Resort. You will assist with preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and daily facility upkeep in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The role requires 2+ years in facilities maintenance, a valid US driver’s license, and relevant certifications (CPO, Boiler/B.O.C. or E.A.P). Travel and flexible hours are expected. The band promotes a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in facilities maintenance is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled technicians and engineering manager with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Operate basic hand and electric tools for maintenance tasks.
• Change filters on supply air fans and fan coil units.
• Clean and paint areas within the facility and clean diffusers and air returns.
• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Monitor facility systems and complete work orders promptly.
