Job summary

Bridgetown Natural Foods in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle preventive, predictive and routine maintenance across the plant, building and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, steam and condensate systems, exhaust, and fire protection.

You will troubleshoot issues, repair equipment, supervise contractors, and ensure safety policies are followed while supporting production, sanitation and quality systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in building maintenance or equivalent.
• Steam boiler certification preferred
• HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with Production, Engineering and Maintenance to install/repair facility systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair the facility’s structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, HVAC and steam systems.
• Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out and plant safety practices.
• Manage contractors on site to ensure safety, cleanliness and GMP compliance.
