Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for a direct hire, full-time position in West Nashville, TN. The role focuses on hands-on facilities work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping campus systems operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across assigned facilities and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and complete HVAC maintenance tasks to support reliable climate control and building comfort.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, irrigation, and related facility systems as needed.
• Support maintenance needs for aquatics areas, including equipment checks, water system support, and general upkeep.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner while prioritizing safety and operational continuity.
• Document completed work, identify recurring issues, and communicate repair needs or improvement recommendations.
