Job summary

Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, seeks a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Staff member to support a hospitality-focused property operated by Troon. The role involves performing routine building maintenance and assisting with preventive tasks to keep guest areas safe and functional.

Candidates should have basic trade knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC basics, plus a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two-year trade school certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two plus years HOA or facility maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks.
• Inspect buildings for malfunctions and document findings.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work flexible hours including weekends.
