Landry's is seeking a Facilities Associate in San Antonio to perform routine maintenance and keep our property in top condition. You will handle HVAC, electrical, drywall, and plumbing tasks while supporting emergency repairs as needed, and participate in preventative maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in general maintenance or handyman work in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, drywall, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs and general upkeep of the property.
• Assist with basic electrical, HVAC, drywall, and plumbing work as needed.
• Assist with emergency repairs; may be on-call after hours.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Inspect facility equipment and provide mechanical support across park operations.
