Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the ONE DAYTONA mixed-use destination in Daytona Beach, FL. The role supports day-to-day maintenance, appearance, and operational excellence across tenants, guests, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of general building or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections to identify maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues.
• Maintain property appearance by removing litter and keeping spaces inviting.
• Use pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, exteriors, and surfaces.
• Maintain grounds, walkways, drainage, and landscaping.
• Complete work orders for repairs like painting, drywall, doors, plumbing, and electrical.
• Assist with setup/teardown of furniture and displays for events.
• Support maintenance of utility vehicles and equipment.
• Operate medium-duty aerial lifts safely and coordinate contractor access.
• Report safety hazards to Property Management.
• Respond to emergencies and support nights, weekends, and events.
