Job summary

You will support other department personnel, participate in routine inspections, and help maintain building systems.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Experience in basic carpentry or electrical repairs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• MAINTENANCE - Perform standard facility and ground maintenance duties in assigned area.
• MAINTENANCE - Replace light bulbs, outlets, switch covers, and related items.
• RESPONSE TEAMS - Participate in safety and emergency programs as required.
• ASSISTANCE - Support other department personnel as needed.
• RELATED WORK - Perform related duties as required.
