Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a facilities technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems, including electrical and mechanical tasks. You will support industrial assembly, racking systems, and minor fabrication to keep equipment and conveyors running smoothly.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience, forklift repair skills, and the ability to read blueprints and safety manuals. Strong attention to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical circuitry.
• Proficient with forklifts and facility electrical systems.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Drive Facility Uptime (MRO): Routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems to maximize asset lifespan.
• Master Industrial Assembly & Fabrication: Build, modify, and dismantle industrial racking systems; assist in conveyor repairs.
• Maintain Mobile & Mechanical Power: Inspect and service mobile equipment, generators, and HVAC components.
• Champion Safety & Electrical Compliance: Conduct electrical work safely; inspect fire suppression components.
• Organize Inventory & Operations: Maintain work orders and initiate parts requisitions.
