Job summary

CPV Manufacturing in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The role focuses on preventative maintenance of CNC equipment, etching machines, wash tanks and pumps, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

A background of at least 5 years in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery are required. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, holiday pay, major medical, dental and vision, plus a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Haas/Mazak certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment such as CNC machinery, etching machines, wash tanks, vacuum pumps.
• Operate and maintain the coolant-recycling system.
• Respond quickly to urgent repair requests to minimize downtime.
• Communicate effectively between end users and contractors.
• Cross-train in raw material staging and inventory control backup.
• Manage and complete various projects as assigned.
