The position requires English reading ability, a high school diploma, and prior janitorial/maintenance experience. Excellent organization and communication skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy. Physical work is required, with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, shelves.
• Clean and sanitize telephones.
• Clean and sanitize desk tops.
• Clean reception lobby.
• Empty all waste receptacles & replace liners as needed including shop.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Clean, sanitize, polish all vitreous fixtures.
• Clean all glass and mirrors.
• Refill all dispensers to normal limits.
• Sweep, damp mop, and sanitize hard floor.
• Clean and sanitize all sinks and sink fixtures.
• Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling areas and window seals.
• Keep kitchens clean including microwaves and coffee pots.
• Pressure wash building as needed.
• Keep parking area and landscaping free of debris.
