Zusammenfassung

The Cathedral of Mary Our Queen in Baltimore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep of the Cathedral campuses, grounds, and equipment. You will respond to work orders and assist in electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry projects, ensuring safety standards and quality results.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance, painting, drywall, fixture installation, moving furniture, and coordinating with the Facilities Manager.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than three points.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial or institutional maintenance experience.
• Ability to move furniture and equipment up to 25 pounds and use manual/power tools.

Aufgaben

• Perform basic and routine maintenance, construction, and repair tasks to standards.
• Assist with facility projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, and fixture installation.
• Maintain organization in Facilities spaces and track work orders.
• Communicate progress and issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE, including lock-out/tag-out.
• Execute seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
