Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance/Facility tech.
• Hand-on experience with hand and electrical tools.
• Current computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facility buildings and grounds.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Assist with general construction practices including framing and drywall.
