About the job Facilities Maintenance Tech

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician with more than 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, ideally 5 or more years to stand out. HVAC experience is a plus, as is general facilities maintenance experience (trade background, school maintenance, etc.). The ideal candidate will be self‑sufficient, working independently in the facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in electrical and mechanical facilities equipment; semiconductor equipment installation experience is highly desired.

• Demonstrated experience supporting one or more of the following systems:

• HVAC
• Water purification systems
• Gas distribution systems
• Chemical distribution systems
• Waste treatment systems
• Abatement and dosing systems
• Pumps and chillers

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working around hazardous chemicals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field OR equivalent hands‑on experience in a related role.
