STATUS: FULL-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position has a special emphasis on mechanical (HVAC), technology, computerized systems, kitchen equipment, and sporting equipment. The Facility Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, professional services, stock control, supply orders, routine custodial, grounds and equipment for the facility, including maintaining the turf of athletic fields, and specific maintenance requirements for each field and grass type. The Facility Maintenance Team Member will also ensure a suitable working environment for the organization and provide appropriate reporting, performance measurements, budgeting, and leadership.
