Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance team member at our Elloree, SC distribution center. You will support building maintenance, lift shop operations, sanitation tasks and general upkeep to ensure smooth daily distributions.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills.
• Must use all required equipment (i.e. power washing, mowing, etc...)
• Ability to meet production standards set by the company.
• Ability to read and understand written and numeric product identifiers.
• Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic functions for building maintenance, lift shop, and sanitation as assigned (i.e. checking fire extinguishers, water batteries, make parts runs, etc.)
• Assist and support the Maintenance Department Mechanics and Technicians in performing work orders
• Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties
• Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group or center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs
• Any other duties as assigned by management
• Ensure compliance with Delhaize America standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity.
