Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in facility maintenance, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Associate's degree or advanced specialized training in facilities management or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire maintenance and sanitation teams with hiring, training, and performance management.
• Own facilities, grounds, and equipment uptime to maximize productivity.
• Manage department budget and maintenance contracts to meet targets.
• Oversee capital projects from planning through execution, on time and within budget.
