• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule and manage maintenance personnel and tasks.
• Oversee plumbing, electrical work, machinery, and grounds.
• Supervise work orders and projects; track completion and inspections.
• Supervise maintenance staff and residents per policy.
• Inspect work for workmanship and code compliance; correct issues.
• Perform routine facility inspections for safety and regulatory compliance.
