Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facility's maintenance operations. The role involves supervising repairs, ordering supplies, enforcing safety rules, and coordinating with other departments to keep the building in top condition.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable codes and maintain meticulous maintenance records and schedules. Flexible shift hours and a supportive team environment are offered.

• Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall maintenance operation of facility.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and supplies.
• Order and requisition supplies and equipment.
• Know and follow established safety rules and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Cooperate with and support other department supervisors and employees.
• Maintain the building in good repair and free of hazards (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Maintain building in compliance with Federal, State, and Local codes and laws.
• Maintain work records and schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance.
