Job summary

Bean Automotive Group is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Administrator to oversee operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of MEP systems across dealership facilities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The role includes procurement support for materials and services, coordinating with vendors and third-party contractors, and ensuring safety compliance. A 2–3+ year background in building maintenance and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in commercial or automotive dealership environments.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and general building infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in sourcing and vendor management.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to respond to requests on weekends and/or after hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and other critical systems.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and uptime.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Support installation, repair, and upgrades of facility systems and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
