Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties and supervise staff to ensure property upkeep.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and contractors to complete repairs.
• Monitor preventive maintenance, inspections, and housekeeping for common areas.
• Assist in budgeting and resource planning for maintenance expenses.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure a safe work environment.
