Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Denver to oversee Maintenance Associates, manage preventative maintenance across facilities, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years of maintenance experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

The position includes supervising warehousing and cold storage areas, maintaining safety standards, and supporting budget planning for maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for applicants 18+.
• Two to three years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Maintenance Associates and their daily jobs/projects.
• General upkeep of the warehouse, walk-in coolers, and freezers, including cleanliness, organization, and proper FIFO rotation.
• Monitors time/temp logs and cooler temperatures park-wide and educates staff on proper use.
• Provides preventive maintenance to food and beverage equipment throughout the campus.
• Manage the schedule for all preventive maintenance (hood cleanings, grease traps, pest control, inspections).
• Work with and schedule third-party vendors and technicians to ensure proper care and reporting.
• Escorts vendors to their work site and stays on-site during visits.
• Logs maintenance tasks and reports needs or adjustments to the Operations Manager.
• Provide equipment and tool needs to the Operations Manager and organize sourcing if off-site.
• Develop weekly schedules organizing materials, man-hours, and tasks.
