Job summary

The role requires 2 years in landscaping, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to Walmart's safety and ethics standards, including DOT pre-hire requirements and English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• No DUI/DWI/OUI within the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years (CDL if applicable).
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years (CDL if applicable).
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years (CDL if applicable).
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and perform exterior landscaping tasks.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and compliance with Walmart policies.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and cost controls for parts and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues for facility users during events.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management.
• Maintain and coordinate vehicle upkeep and inspections.
