Strong manual dexterity and stamina are essential as you will work with hand and electrical tools. The role involves daily maintenance tasks, collaboration with other teams during renovations, and ensuring safety systems function properly.

Qualifications

• Must have prior maintenance or assistant director experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Must be reliable with good physical stamina and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and general upkeep.
• Repair minor issues like broken locks and wall gaps.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring for issues; install appliances.
• Garden/yard upkeep incl. mowing and trash collection.
• Replace light bulbs and conduct routine maintenance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).
• Ensure safety systems (e.g., fire alarms) function correctly.
• Collaborate during renovations with other workers.
• Report issues to facilities or maintenance supervisor.
