Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida in Orlando is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist I to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment where children receive care.

You will complete preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work orders, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting issues, and support life-safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Less than one year of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, Monday–Friday and other times as needed.

Responsabilités
