F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the Pittsburgh area to maintain electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems within office facilities. This role emphasizes safety, code compliance and reliable service to customers.

Responsibilities include replacing lights, outlets, valves, Sloan valves, installing hot water tanks, moving furniture, cleaning offices, and supporting general maintenance tasks under the Facilities team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• General knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs and basic HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Maintains electrical infrastructures by changing lights, ballasts, switches and outlets following codes and safety rules.
• Supports rearranging furniture and equipment by moving desks, credenzas and other items safely.
• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in offices, elevators and grounds as scheduled.
• Maintains plumbing infrastructures by replacing float valves and Sloan valves; installs hot water tanks as needed.
• Provides carpentry services like hanging pictures and door closures in accordance with regulations.
