Job Summary
Oversee implementation and execution of all building maintenance, facilities projects, and physical safety and security. Responsible for managing vendor relationships. Serve as the in-market point of contact for all day-to-day facilities-related needs.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  2. Oversee maintenance of facilities, buildings, and grounds.
  3. Ensure demand maintenance processes are efficient and meet occupant needs.
  4. Determine best actions for demand maintenance needs.
  5. Execute preventive maintenance plans.
  6. Maintain all building systems in accordance with policies, regulations, and codes.
  7. Manage building and office space utilization and allocation.
  8. Oversee build-outs, renovations, and office moves.
  9. Assist in preparing cost estimates and planning space-related projects.
  10. Coordinate projects with departments, contractors, and vendors.
  11. Compile cost estimates and space needs for project planning.
  12. Oversee facility inspections and safety checks.
  13. Communicate and escalate issues as needed.
  14. Maintain vendor relationships, obtain bids, and negotiate rates.
  15. Review vendor invoices for accuracy.
  16. Assist in oversight of major construction projects.
  17. Obtain necessary permits and track capital costs.
  18. Administer security programs, maintain access and security systems, and issue ID badges.
  19. Communicate emergency, security, and safety procedures.
  20. Administer the recycling program and escalate non-compliance issues.
  21. Assist in preparing maintenance and capital budgets, and track costs.
  22. Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Facilities maintenance experience of 3+ years.
