Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Service Technician III to inspect and maintain corporate properties, perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, and supervise outside contractors. The role requires reading blueprints and ensuring safety compliance across locations in Denver and surrounding areas.
Office-based at Corporate Office (Central Park) with on-site duties; opportunity to lead capital projects and support facilities leadership.

Pay Range: $68,000-$83,300

General Purpose of the Position
Responsible for inspecting and maintaining C redit Union propert ies , both owned and leased space, including but not limited to, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds . The Facility Technician II I performs skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems , as well as all other aspects of the physical building structure as well as site work, according to industry standards. Troubleshoots and p erforms preventive maintenance , makes repairs, and supervises, directs, and assists outside service providers and contractors as needed . Assists and implements construction and capital improvement projects . Anticipates major repair s and maintenance needs to the Administrative Services and Facilities leadership .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
An_Associatedgree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;or at leastfouryearsrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Need s to be able to operate standard office equipment . Must be able to operate drills, electrical tools, meters, timers, hand tools, snow blower , C redit U nion of Colorado vehicles and related machinery . Ability to apply oral and interpersonal skills that develop member confidence, respect and trust in Credit Union of Colorado and develop cooperative relationships with all levels of people throughout the organization. HVAC and small engine repair certifications desired . Current Driver’s License and automobile insurance without any felony convictions within seven years of identified start date. Experience with Microsoft software services, virtual/livestream (Zoom, WebEx , etc.) and mobile devices . Knowledge of compliance procedures as required by local authorities ( i.e., back flows, elevator recalls, fire inspections).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee isfrequentlyexposed to moving mechanicalparts,highrooftop areas.The employee is occasionally exposed to chemicals,fumes,or airborne particles; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usuallynoisy. The employee is subject to changing inside and/or outside temperatures, which may include extreme heat or extreme cold.Works both inside and outside, subject to the weather.Frequentlytravelswithinthe Denver Metro and Front Rangearea.Occasionally travels within state borderswhichmay requireovernightstay.Ability to beon-callas needed.
