SSFCU seeks a facilities technician to provide maintenance support for an assigned region. You will complete and maintain work orders, perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and coordinate with vendors.

A high school diploma, 2+ years in facilities maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required. Familiarity with Word/Excel/Outlook and building management systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of facilities/building maintenance experience.
• Ability to complete a variety of maintenance/repair tasks without assistance.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, insurability.

Responsabilités

• Provides maintenance support for the assigned region and completes/maintains all work orders.
• Inspects and ensures safety compliance; may work with contractors or vendors; follows vendor management policies.
