Qualifications

• Eligible for hire and receive facility orientation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, read small figures, squat, push, pull, reach above head, and tolerate dust, fumes, and moving machinery.
• General knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC functions.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains routine preventive maintenance for the facility's physical plant and grounds.
• Inspects equipment, systems, and safety compliance; prioritizes repairs and documents checks.
• Coordinates all maintenance contract work and adheres to safety policies and emergency plans.
