This full-time role involves janitorial tasks, waste management, grounds maintenance, and basic repairs to keep interiors and exteriors professional for employees and visitors.

You will operate floor scrubbers and light maintenance tools, assist with snow removal and landscaping, and help manage supplies while following

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Lifts up to 50 lb regularly and up to 75 lb occasionally.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Aufgaben

• Clean and mop facility floors, offices, common areas, warehouse areas, and production support spaces.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other janitorial equipment to maintain facility cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and other employee areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste disposal.
• Maintain inventories of janitorial supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
• Support contractors performing facility and grounds maintenance activities.
• Perform basic building upkeep, including painting and light repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional appearance throughout facilities.
