Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of cleaning agents and proper usage.
• Must be able to work under supervision.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s license with good driving history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of the Extended Facilities.
• Operates and assists with cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Assists with ice and snow removal around entryways.
• Supports freight movement for appliances and furniture as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Extended Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
