Maniilaq Association in Kotzebue, Alaska, is seeking a Relief Laborer to support the Extended Facilities program. The role focuses on general maintenance, cleaning, and grounds upkeep under the supervision of the Extended Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include minor preventative maintenance, cleaning, snow removal, and assisting with freight movement for appliances and furniture. The position is non-exempt and requires a valid Alaska driver’s license, when possible.

Formación

• General knowledge of cleaning agents and proper usage.
• Must be able to work under supervision.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s license with good driving history preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general maintenance of the Extended Facilities.
• Operates and assists with cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Assists with ice and snow removal around entryways.
• Supports freight movement for appliances and furniture as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Extended Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
