Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and maintenance operations across our facilities. You will manage budgets, lead the maintenance team, and develop procedures to improve equipment reliability and safety.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership, strong PLC/servo knowledge, and a degree in a relevant field. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a maintenance manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PLC and servo systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with maintenance best practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance operations for facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors; ensure safety compliance.
• Plan repair activities and monitor costs; track budget for department.
• Maintain maintenance logs, PM program, and daily progress reports.
• Manage inventory and procure supplies; monitor equipment reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and safety training.
