Good Samaritan Society – Albert Lea is seeking a Full-time Facilities Maintenance Assistant in Albert Lea, MN. Salary range listed and shift is 8 hours with 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include light maintenance, safe operations, and use of tools; on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in building systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance repairs and cleaning in a safe, professional manner.
• Work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals when needed.
• Maintain mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair tasks as required.
