Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Maintenance Manager and assist in maintenance and repair of unit operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Perform major repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and secure safety and security systems.
• Lock and secure buildings; monitor and reset automatic security systems as appropriate.
• Assist with inventory and security of supplies for maintenance.
• Maintain safe facility environment and notify management of safety issues.
• Represent the company professionally to clients, guests, associates, and vendors.
