This hands-on role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working across a variety of building systems. • Apply predictive maintenance practices to identify equipment degradation early, analyze performance trends, and ensure the reliability of all systems within the assigned area of responsibility, using data and inspections to prevent failures and optimize uptime.
  • Fabricate custom parts and components from drawings, sketches, or concepts provided by lab personnel, ensuring accuracy, fit, and functionality to support equipment repairs and modifications.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in full compliance with local regulations, site requirements, and corporate safety procedures, consistently demonstrating safe work practices in every aspect of maintenance activities.
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
