Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager in Hawaii to lead a team across multiple locations. You will direct HVAC/R and building maintenance, partner with store and facilities leadership, and drive proactive maintenance and reliability improvements for facility performance.

Required is an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA certification, and 3–5 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering or a related field

HVAC/R Mechanical License Required. Candidates MUST currently hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in the state where they reside in addition to an EPA Certification. As a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager, you'll lead the predictive and preventative maintenance strategy for Walmart facilities throughout your assigned region. You'll partner directly with Store Managers and Facilities Services leadership to keep facilities operating safely, efficiently and reliably.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
