Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead facilities maintenance across a local regional market. This role requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA Certification, with 3–5 years in facilities management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state of residence.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering or a related field.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Experience with root-cause and equipment breakdown analysis.

Responsibilities

HVAC/R Mechanical License Required. Candidates MUST currently hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in the state where they reside in addition to an EPA Certification. As a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager, you'll lead the predictive and preventative maintenance strategy for Walmart facilities throughout your assigned region. You'll partner directly with Store Managers and Facilities Services leadership to keep facilities operating safely, efficiently and reliably.

You'll:
