Walmart is seeking an experienced Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead facilities maintenance across a local regional market. You will coach a team of technicians, oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance, and partner with Store Managers to ensure safe and reliable facilities.

Applicants must hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA Universal Certification, with 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance leadership.

HVAC/R Mechanical License Required. Candidates MUST currently hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in the state where they reside in addition to an EPA Certification. As a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager, you'll lead the predictive and preventative maintenance strategy for Walmart facilities throughout your assigned region. You'll partner directly with Store Managers and Facilities Services leadership to keep facilities operating safely, efficiently and reliably.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
