UTC | Eulex is seeking a full-time Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee machinery and ensure zero-downtime operations at the Monterey Park, CA plant. Role requires managing ISO clean room standards, ITAR/EAR compliance, and leading safety and maintenance programs.

The position emphasizes hands-on supervision of facilities teams, coordination with engineering, and driving continuous improvement while aligning with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management in clean room/defense manufacturing.
• Strong MEP background and facility systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of all MEP systems and ensure ISO clean room certifications.
• Lead preventative maintenance and asset management using CMMS.
• Provide technical lead for automated facility systems and PLC support with engineering.
