Job summary

Bethyl Laboratories, Inc in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Maintenance Operations Leader to drive regional service standards and uptime for vending, micro market, and related equipment. You will lead technicians, oversee preventive maintenance, and manage expenses while ensuring compliance and safety across sites.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, an associate degree, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to travel frequently with frequent overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for maintenance and service operations across the assigned region, driving consistency in service standards, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
• Manages and develops maintenance teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversees preventative maintenance programs and ensures timely repair and service of vending, micro market, and related equipment to maximize uptime and meet customer expectations.
• Monitors and controls maintenance expenses, parts inventory, and fleet/equipment costs, and maintains oversight of tools and company assets to ensure proper use and condition.
• Establishes and enforces safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance across all locations.
• Analyzes service metrics to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime, and partners with operations and sales leadership to support new business installations and growth initiatives.
