Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for our Independent Living community in Houston. You will lead repairs, oversee work orders, and manage preventative maintenance across building systems, ensuring readiness of apartments and a safe environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 4+ years hands-on maintenance, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and ability to coordinate vendors while monitoring budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services.
