Town Pump Company is seeking a Store Maintenance Manager in Montana to supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the safe operation of all facilities and pumps. The role includes training, scheduling, and rapid response to emergencies, with a focus on compliance and reliability.

The candidate will maintain logs, safety manuals, and electrical schematics, while collaborating with store leadership to support daily operations and long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance teams and scheduling.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Ability to coordinate with outside repair vendors.
• Valid driver's license and boiler license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the entire property, both interior and exterior.
• Supervise maintenance workers and housekeepers; arrange training.
• Work with store manager and assistants on maintenance related to operations.
• Maintain logs, safety manuals, pump inspections, and electrical schematics.
• Assist with emergencies and provide orientation for new staff.
• Verify work orders and report completion to store manager.
